Leroy has been a decorator for almost twenty years, and is the owner and director of L. Phipps Professional Decorating. He is the friendly face that will meet with you and discuss your project requirements and make suggestions as to how to best achieve your vision.

Leroy started as a self-employed decorator working alone on residential properties, but this quickly changed as his experience and good reputation grew. L Phipps Professional Decorating has organically grown to become the limited company it is today, employing a number of staff and working alongside dedicated sub-contractors purely through word of mouth and recommendation. Our cohesive and friendly team have now been working together delivering results for a number of years.

Although Leroy predominantly manages initial consultations and the running of our projects with our painters and clients, he is still often found on a job with tools in hand!
